Whenever I have sugar cravings, one of my go-to options is French Toast. The reason is its filling with protein and carb along with a little bit of sugar which completely satisfies my sugar cravings. I remember that my mom used to make me french toast when I come home from school as it makes a perfect evening snack. It requires only a few ingredients and very quick to make.
